Chicken Salad Sandwich



This morning, I just made this yummy and healthy breakfast for my family. It only took less than 20 minutes to cook and assemble the sandwich.Let's make some and dig in!



INGREDIENTS:

Whole Wheat Bread
Chicken Breast
Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Garlic



PROCEDURE:

1. Marinate the chicken breast overnight with fresh lemon juice and seasonings like salt and pepper.

2. Toast the whole wheat bread. I only toasted the bread in our pan since we don't have a toaster.

3. Mix mayonnaise with chopped onion, garlic, and tomato.  
        
4. Add flour (or you can also put oatmeal in the blender to have it as fine as flour and use it as a substitute for a healthier 
breading) as chicken breading and deep fry it until golden brown.

5. Have the chicken in small amounts by pinching and pulling it out from big portions.

6. Mix the chicken in the Mayonnaise mixture.   
                  
7. Assemble the sandwhich.
